DR. BIFF (thinking): I was drunk at the time, so does that mean that I wasn't knowingly committing an un-thical act? Does lowering inhibitions lower responsibility?

DR. BIFF (thinking): No- what a lame excuse that is. I have to hold myself fully responsible for this. After all, if I don't hold my own feet to the fire over my misdeeds, no one is going to do it for me.
